PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC power supply unit which can enhance a power factor when using a single-phase AC power supply and also three-phase AC power supply, reduce the fluctuation width of the DC voltage input into a small load circuit by interrupting the effects of the load fluctuation in a large load circuit, and further effectively prevent occurrence of the interference current between the large load circuit and the small load circuit to select a smoothing capacitor for the small load circuit at a low cost. SOLUTION: The DC power supply unit 100 having a rectifier 10 for converting AC to DC includes a first smoothing capacitor Cd connected in parallel with the large load circuit Lo1, a first inductor Ld connected in series with the large load circuit Lo on the output side of the rectifier 10 and with the input side of the first smoothing capacitor Cd, a second smoothing capacitor Csw connected in parallel with the small load circuit Lo2 on the output side of the rectifier 10, and a diode Dsw connected in series with the small load circuit Lo2 on the output side of the rectifier 10 and with the input side of the second smoothing capacitor Csw.
