PURPOSE:To reduce size and to prevent the generation of dust by pressing the outside circumference of a rectangular sheet to three point pins with at least one eccentrically rotating body which is constituted of an elastic body. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular sheet 1 is supplied on a table 4 for supporting a rectangular sheet. In this state, eccentrically rotating bodies 6a, 6b are in contact with one side surface of the sheet 1. When a rotating body 7 for driving is rotated, the rotating force thereof is tansmitted to the bodies 6a, 6b, by which the bodies 6a, 6b are rotated. As the bodies 6a, 6b rotate, force F4 is generated in the sheet 1, and the sheet 1 is aligned of the position in one direction with respect to the pins 5. When the bodies 6a, 6b rotate further, the sheet 1 is aligned of the position in the other direction with respect to the pins 5. The device is made smaller in size and the generation of dust is prevented by pressing the sheet to the three point pins in the above-mentioned way. |
