PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow channel switching valve used for a high speed liquid chromatograph capable of improving the durability of a rotor. SOLUTION: The flow channel switching valve is provided with a stator 11 having a contact plane 13, and the rotor 15 having a contact plane 17. The stator 11 includes distribution ports 19 respectively connected to a plurality of flow channels formed on the contact plane 13. The rotor 15 includes at least one groove 21 for communicating with two of the distribution ports 19 of the stator 11, is energized by the contact plane 13 of the stator 11, and rotates and slides so as to switch the distribution ports 19 of the stator 11 to be communicated. One of the contact planes of the stator 11 and the rotor 15 is formed of resin, and the other is coated with a chromium nitride film. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
