PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener for securing favorable sealing performance for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The fastener can be mounted in a mounting hole 2 of a panel member 1 by inserting a synthetic resin fastener body 11 therein through a locking leg 15 integrally protruded from a seat portion 12 thereof. Around the seat portion 12 of the fastener body 11, a flange 40 is integrally molded which is elastically deformable to be protruded toward the periphery of the mounting hole 2 in a state of mounting the fastener body 11 on the panel member 1. On the flange 40, an elastomer seal lip 50 is integrally molded which is annularly formed along the peripheral edge thereof and elastically deformed to closely contact with one face of the panel member 1 by resilience based on the elastic deformation of the flange 40.
