An apparatus for removing hard skin or body hair is provided to maintain a clean state by allowing hard skin or body hair removed by a blade to contained in a containing unit instead of being discharged to the outside. An apparatus for removing hard skin or body hair comprises a head unit(100) having a blade(10) and a predetermined hole(30), and a knob unit(200). The head unit includes a containing unit(40) and a plate type introduction member. The containing unit contains hard skin or body hair passing through the hole after being removed by a blade. The plate type introduction member allows the hard skin or body hair to be introduced the hole by preventing the hard skin or body hair from being shifted toward the knob unit. The introduction member is installed below the blade.
