A technology and a method for a home network service using a network computing technology are provided to control a house computer at any time and place through I/O(Input/Output) signal transmission without mounting a home networking solution and a web server solution to the housing computer. In a technology for a home network service using a network computing technology, a home network server computer(300) is called. A screen is captured and converted/compressed into a JPEG(Joint Photographic Experts Group) file and screen information is transmitted(403) through TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) socket communication and decoded. A command signal of a mouse or a keyboard is encrypted to be directly transmitted to the home network server computer, and a processing result screen is transmitted as a JPEG file to be displayed. Therefore, the home network server computer does not need to be always turned on and also does not need a fixed IP. The home network server computer has functions(401) such as network computing function and a GUI(graphical user interface) solution.
