A slurry conveying apparatus for a concrete pumping vehicle and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve abrasion resistance of an inner pipe by making the inner pipe of high-chrome cast steel. A slurry conveying apparatus for a concrete pumping vehicle comprises an inner pipe(110), a vibration absorbing member(130), and an outer pipe(120). The inner pipe is made of high-chrome casting steel, where the diameter of the inner pipe gets smaller gradually. The vibration absorbing member is sprayed on the outer surface of the inner pipe. The outer pipe has the same shape as the inner pipe and surrounds the inner pipe. The outer pipe is manufactured by the following steps. Soft carbon steel sheet is cut into a trapezoidal shape. The cut carbon steel sheet is curved symmetrically. And then two ends of the curved carbon steel sheets are welded to each other. |
