A system for paying for a bill and transferring a message in a ubiquitous environment is provided to enable a user incapable of using a PC to manage various kinds of bills, receipts, and messages systematically on the network regardless of a place by making a terminal in a compact size. A personal contactless IC, RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification), or ZigBee card(30) includes ID information of a user, and a first card reader(11) outputs voice guidance through a speaker by reading the contactless IC, RFID, or ZigBee card of the user approaching a gate. A home bill payment/message transfer terminal(10) is installed to each house, includes an ID number, and is equipped with a first storing part(14), the first speaker(131), a first touch screen(121), and a first information processor(15). A public bill payment/message transfer terminal(20) is installed in public facilities such as a bank, government/public offices, and convenient stores, and is equipped with a second card reader(21), a second touch screen(221), a second speaker(231), and a second information processor(25). The first information processor processes payment for the received bills, displays the received receipts, and outputs the received message in voice. |
