METHOD OF PRODUCING MEMBRANE-ELECTRODE ASSEMBLY

A method for manufacturing a membrane-electrode assembly for a fuel cell is provided to enable good supply and emission of reactants and products by enhancing a material transfer efficiency of a catalyst layer. A method for manufacturing a membrane-electrode assembly for a fuel cell includes the steps of: applying a catalyst layer composition onto one surface of a porous release film; placing the catalyst layer applied onto the porous release film on one surface of a polymer electrolyte membrane, and then performing hot rolling with pressure of 20-55 kgf/cm^2 to transfer the catalyst layer to the polymer electrolyte membrane; and binding the polymer electrolyte membrane to an electrode substrate.
