A device for ejecting scrap in a cam piercing operation is provided to eject the scrap to the outside of a product, thereby remove the scrap conveniently by installing an ejecting unit in a lower mold, thereby automatically ejecting the scrap to the outside when performing the cam piercing operation in a cam pierce unit for a press mold. In a press mold apparatus comprising an upper pierce punch(110) disposed on one side of a bottom part of an upper die(130) to pressurize a panel product(10), a lower die(120) disposed under the upper pierce punch oppositely to the panel product, a cam driver(60) disposed on the other side of the bottom part of the upper die, and a cam slide(70) disposed oppositely to the cam driver and inked with driving of the cam driver, a device for ejecting scrap in a cam piercing operation comprises an upper pad(20) which is disposed on a side of the upper die oppositely to the panel product, and which has an inserting hole(22) formed in one side thereof. The upper pad includes a bush(40) disposed in the inserting hole to determine shape of the scrap during the cam piercing operation, and an ejecting unit(50) disposed on the lower die to automatically eject the scrap to the outside during the cap piercing operation.
