PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assist grip that enhances occupant's satisfaction inside a vehicle, and its mounting structure. SOLUTION: An assist grip 100 is mounted onto a wall face inside a vehicle. The assist grip is composed of a grip part 110 gripped by an occupant in a vehicle, and each almost case-like seat part 120 provided at both ends of the grip part 110 and having an opening 121 on the side facing an occupant.
