A vehicle part washing palette and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the deformation or damage of palette even when heavy part of vehicle such as transmission is loaded. A vehicle part washing palette comprises a base plate(10) in which a plurality of guide plates(30) for supporting parts are attached, and one or more vertical plates(20) with connected ends. The connection between the guide plate and the base plate, that between the base plate and the vertical plate, and that between the vertical plates are made via connection parts of the guide, base, and vertical plates. The connection part includes connecting grooves and connecting projections which are inserted to the connecting grooves to form a welding section, and is fixed by welding the welding section.
