A signal receiving device and a signal receiving method are provided to obtain synchronization of a reception signal accurately in spite of the presence of a frequency offset. A signal including the first noise signal, among perpendicular noise signals is received(S10). The first noise signal is generated according to a generation rule of the perpendicular noise signals(S20). Values obtained by phase-shifting conjugate complex numbers of the first noise modulated according to a carrier frequency offset and values obtained by correlating reception signals including the first noise are added into a sum, and synchronization of the reception signals are obtained from a peak value of the sum(S30). |
