A method for production of silicate building production, e.g., bricks and stones, comprises the preparation of sand, binding agent and silicate mass, formation of lime-sand brick and its hydrothermal treatment in autoclave. The preparation of a binding agent is made by joint grinding in tubular mill of sand and lime to fine grinding. At that sand washed out by suction-tube dredge, or a mix of washed out and dredged sand are used. Silicate mass is obtained by mixing of a binding agent and dry non-grinded sand. |
