PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device which is capable of securely removing fine matters, can be securely cleaned by a simple cleaning operation without replacement, and is low-cost.SOLUTION: A filter device 50 which filters liquid to remove fine matters mixed into the liquid comprises a filter chamber 11 for filtering liquid, in which a pair of filtration plates 21,22 and a plurality of fiber yarns 100 running between the pair of filtration plates 21,22 constitute a filter part 20, the filter part 20 is arranged in the filter chamber 11, at least one of the pair of filtration plates 21,22 is movable to make a gap between the pair of filtration plates 21,22 variable, a gap between the pair of filtration plates 21,22 is narrowed to make a plurality of fiber yarns 100 become a compressed state and liquid is filtered by the fiber yarns 100 in the compressed state, and the gap between the pair of filtration plates 21,22 is widened to cancel the compressed state of the plurality of fiber yarns 100 and clean the fiber yarns 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
