An illuminated key sheet and an illuminated key unit that are thin, in which a sufficient key stroke is secured when a key top is pressed, and that can have varied appearances by different decorative means. The illuminated key sheet uses an EL sheet (1) having protrusions (2) at positions where key tops (3) are arranged. The key tops (3) are translucent and are arranged on the protrusions (2).
