The method involves providing a carrier of the frequency being emitted towards a route by the radio electric signal, and providing another carrier of the frequency equal to the former frequency by another radio electric signal since a transmitter located on the route is upstream of an incident. A curve (12) higher than a curve (9) of the former signal is provided at the level of the transmitter by the latter radio electric signal. An independent claim is also included for a device for protecting of an on-accident on a circulation path on which an incident occurs.
