<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cooling device and an air-cooling method wherein a cooled part arranged in a farther side from a ventilation means can be cooled effectively even in the case a plurality of the cooled parts are arranged along the direction of air ventilation. <P>SOLUTION: This device has the ventilation means to ventilate the air in the chamber, and a classifying means to form a plurality of divisions by dividing inside of the chamber along the direction of air ventilation. At least one division and at least another part different from the one division wherein a plurality of cooled parts to be cooled out of the plurality of divisions are arranged along the direction of air ventilation are communicated between a cooled part arranged at a nearer side to the ventilation means and a cooled part arranged on a farther side from the ventilation means by holes installed in the partition means. The cooled part arranged on the nearer side to the ventilation means is cooled by a wind ventilated to at least one division, and the cooled part arranged on the farther side from the ventilation means is cooled by a wind which is blown out from the hole and which is ventilated to a division different at least from the one division. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
