PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ballast treated water receiving device easily incorporable into an existing ballast line, and capable of easily receiving clean ballast water for killing an aquatic organism and bacteria in advance up to a predetermined value or smaller to a ballast tank. SOLUTION: This ballast treated water receiving device 2 is mounted on a ship 1 having the ballast line 12 for transferring the ballast water taken in from a sea chest 11 to the ballast tank by a ballast pump 14, and has an introducing pipe 21 having one end connected to the inlet side of the ballast pump 14 in the ballast line 12, a plurality of water receiving ports 23b' and 23d' arranged in the introducing pipe 21 and receiving and supplying ballast treated water, an opening/closing valve 24 opening and closing respective flow passages of the plurality of water receiving ports 23b' and 23d', and a control means for selecting one or two or more of water receiving ports for receiving and supplying the ballast treated water from the plurality of water receiving ports 23b' and 23d' by controlling the opening-closing valve 24.
