PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an acrylic rubber composition having excellent vulcanization properties and an excellent balance of processability, rubber mechanical properties and permanent compression set and a vulcanizate thereof. SOLUTION: The acrylic rubber composition comprises a carboxy group-containing acrylic rubber, a polyamine compound and a tertiary amine compound represented by general formula (R<SB>1</SB>, R<SB>2</SB>and R<SB>3</SB>are each a substituent group containing one or more of a saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon or unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon having a straight-chain, branched structure or cyclic structure or a benzyl group).
