PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the generating power of a generator so as to keep both battery voltage variations and engine rotation variations within allowable levels even when requested generating power is changed suddenly.
SOLUTION: Engine torque (allowed generating torque) distributable to a generator is predicted in consideration of response delays of an engine. Compensated generating power is calculated to ensure predetermined margins for an allowable voltage variation of a battery and an allowable rotation variation of the engine based on the difference between requested generating power and power (allowed generating power) that can be generated by the allowed generating torque, charge/discharge power corresponding to the allowable voltage variation of the battery, and a generating power variation corresponding to the allowable rotation variation of the engine. Then, the allowed generating power is corrected with the compensated generating power to obtain directive generating power, and the generator is controlled such that the generating power of the generator is the directive generating power.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
|
