PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the scintillation of the whole screen by effectively vibrating the whole screen, then, to present a high-quality image to an observer. SOLUTION: The screen 50 includes a vibration generating part 55 that generates the vibration in a diffusion part 51 through fixing members 52a and 52b functioning as a fixing part. The projector 10 includes a cooling fan 18 for cooling the heat generated in a projection part, and a duct 20 for guiding the wind from the cooling fan 18 to the vibration generating part 55, functioning as a vibration power part.
