PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of the volumetric efficiency of a compression mechanism caused by fluid leakage in a clearance of a valve element closing a bypass passage. SOLUTION: The valve element (64) is fitted in a valve element receiving part (61) facing a bypass hole (62) of the bypass passage (66) for opening and closing the bypass hole (62). The valve element receiving part (61) is connected on a rear face side of the valve element (64) to an introduction pipe (29b) of an oil introduction passage (29). When oil is introduced towards the rear face side of the valve element (64) from the introduction pipe (29b), the clearance around the valve element (64) is sealed with the oil as soon as the valve element (64) is displaced to a closing position of the bypass passage (62).
