PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which automates all processes of supplying many bottles by mixing a plurality of mixtures with dissolvable powder or solid in a uniform weight ratio, filling the mixed liquid into the bottles, recovering many bottles, and mounting a cap on the screw part of the bottle. SOLUTION: A uniform mixing is generated by a first mixing machine 3 which uniformly mixes the powder or the solid to be dissolved with liquid 20 and a plurality of second mixing machines 7.
