PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out simplification and speeding up of replacement work of manually replacing tools held in a tool magazine. SOLUTION: In manual tool replacement, when a tool placement key is operated for the first time (S11-S13), a main spindle is moved to a Z-axis ATC home position (S14), a rotating position of the main spindle is rotated to a predetermined position (S15), and when a movement flag is "1", and the tool magazine is to be moved (S16:Yes), the tool magazine is moved to a predetermined tool replacement position (S17), and finally, pot lowering operation is carried out (S18).
