<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing device, a sterilizing apparatus and a method of manufacturing the sterilizing device capable of being composed into a compact structure and efficiently breaking and sterilizing cells or bacteria by applying small electric pressure. <P>SOLUTION: This sterilizing device 10 includes a board 11, a fine flow path 12 provided on the board capable of transporting cells and bacteria by a liquid, and at least a pair of counter electrodes 13, 14 provided to be orthogonal to the flow path and opposite to side walls of the flow path, and a high electric field is impressed to the flow path by applying voltage to the counter electrodes to kill or sterilize cells and bacteria flowing together with the liquid through the flow path. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
