PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformant for measuring an environmental pollutant, capable of quickly measuring a large amount of specimens, or the like, to be treated for investigating environmental pollution, and capable of evaluating biological effects, without accompanying inconveniences, and to provide a detection method and a quantitative analysis method for the environmental pollutant that use the transformant. SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a transformant kit for constantly measuring the environmental pollutants of producing or introducing a receptor for the environmental pollutants, and of producing a reporter protein via a coupling of a complex containing the environmental pollutant and the receptor to a transfer control region. The reporter protein is expressed by using the transformant kit, and the environmental pollutant is analyzed qualitatively or quantitatively from the representation amount thereof.
