PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging apparatus reducing the quantity of blur in a radiation image. SOLUTION: The radiation imaging apparatus comprises a radiation generating part for irradiating a subject with radiation; a radiation image capturing part for successively capturing a plurality of radiation images of the subject with the radiation emitted from the radiation generating part and penetrating the subject; a motion detecting part for detecting the motion of the subject; a motion correcting part for correcting the change in the plurality of radiation images caused by the motion of the subject detected by the motion detecting part in at least one radiation image among the plurality of radiation images captured by the radiation image capturing part; and a composite image creating part for creating a composite image by superimposing a plurality of radiation images including the radiation image corrected by the motion correcting part.
