A system for managing an application for an IC card is provided to enable an SP(Service Provider) to easily manage the application provided to the IC card by checking whether various applications mounted in each IC card are correctly and properly executed. A storing part stores application management information(125) of applications to a storage medium by linking with client IC card(135) information when more than one application is mounted in a client IC card attached to a client terminal(145). A checker checks the application management information linked with the client IC card information through the storage medium when the application mounted in the IC card is used. A determiner(115) determines a use error of the application based on the checked application management information. The application management information includes client information, detail application management information, and use or execution error information of the applications. A determination information provider(120) provides the client terminal or a card terminal(130), which requests the use of the applications, with determination result information (or error information) by receiving the determination result information from a determination unit(115). |
