<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation support system for providing the guidance information of each work step to an operator according to the progress of the work, and for outputting the guidance information from a correct work step at the restart after the interruption of the operation. <P>SOLUTION: A portable terminal 20 stores a work procedure file including the execution procedure and guidance information of each work step, and outputs the guidance information corresponding to each work step according to the progress of the work step.
