PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To know history of a deference between a step and a target step together with change history of the step. SOLUTION: A pedometer counts the number of the steps by traveling a known distance, performing step measurement operation calculating the step from counted steps and a known traveling distance a plurality of times, and displays history in order of traveling performing the step measurement operation so as to express a difference between the target step 602 and a plurality of the steps 601 calculated by the step measurement operation.
