<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal equipped with a security function for enabling a user to surely prevent the outflow of data prepared on an operation stored in a portable terminal without especially noticing it, a data management system and a data management method. <P>SOLUTION: An entrance/exit management server 10 is provided with a CPU 14 which writes or deletes a location map showing the information of a place where it communicates with a non-contact type IC card 21 of a portable telephone set 20 in the non-contact type IC card 21 according to the entrance/exit of the portable telephone set 20. The portable telephone set 20 is provided with a CPU 25 which sets the access right of reference or reading by applying corresponding ID corresponding to the written location map to a data file stored in the place, and controls the access right of the data file based on the location map and the corresponding ID. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
