PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mounting structure of an acoustic device on a motorcycle capable of effectively storing acoustic parts without reducing article storage capacity of a storage box or even when a handlebar locking device interlocked with an electronic key system is provided. SOLUTION: In a motorcycle wherein a vehicle frame supporting a handlebar steering part and an engine is covered with a vehicle body cover 156, 173, a storage box 75 for storing articles is arranged inside the vehicle body cover 156, 173, and a sound control device for instructing a reproduction operation and the like in an acoustic part is arranged in the vicinity of the handlebar steering part, the acoustic part 79 is arranged within the space K surrounded by the storage box 75 and the vehicle body cover 173. Further, a handlebar lock device for making steering of the handlebar unoperable is arranged in the space surrounded by a side of a handlebar steering shaft and the vehicle body cover 156, and the acoustic part 79 is arranged in the other side of the handlebar steering shaft.
