PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC module apparatus for expanding a range of an output current/measured current and a range of an output voltage/measured voltage as a convenience of an existing one-chip PMU is maintained. SOLUTION: An external amplifier 30 amplifies a voltage of an input signal, and carries a current to a current sense resistor R1. An external differential amplifier 32 converts a potential difference across the current sense resistor R1 into a potential difference with reference to a GND reference. If the input signal flowing in the current sense resistor R1 is input to a device 12 to be tested, a switch SW3 selects the potential difference with reference to the GND reference, and applies it to an internal differential amplifier 26. A voltage sense amplifier 34 amplifies a voltage of an output signal from the device 12 to be tested, and applies it to a measuring output amplifier 28 as a voltage receiving section through a switch SW2. If the switch SW3 selects the potential difference with reference to the GND reference, a switch SW6 sets a gain of the voltage sense amplifier 34 as (1/a gain of the external amplifier 30).
