Differential amplifier (DA) includes input transistors 1 (1) and 2 (2) with integrated bases connected to DA input 1, input transistors 3 (4) and 4 (5) with integrated bases connected to DA input 2 (6), current-stabilising impedor (7) inserted between power supply bus (8) and integrated transistor emitters (1, 2, 4 and 5), current mirror 1 (9) having input connected to transistor 2 collector (2) and output connected to transistor 4 collector and DA output (10). Current mirror 2 (11) input is linked with transistor 3 collector (4), while its output is coupled with transistor 1 collector (1).
