LIGHTGUIDE FILM AND LIGHT EMITTING KEYPAD COMPRISING THE SAME

A waveguide film and a light emitting keypad having the same are provided to change light emission wavelength through phosphor included in dot patterns and emit light in various colors as necessary. A key plate(20) includes a plurality of keys. A waveguide film(10) is formed below the key plate and guide light made incident from a light source(40) to perform surface emitting. An elastic layer(21) is partially formed at a key region between the key plate and the waveguide film. The light source is positioned at the side of the waveguide film and emits light to the waveguide film. A PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(30) is formed below the waveguide film and includes dome switches(31,32). Reinforcing protrusions(11) are formed at certain portions of an upper or lower surface of the waveguide film by printing curable ink and curing the same. The height of the reinforcing protrusions is within the range of 50 to 250 micrometer.
