A vehicle air conditioning apparatus is provided to efficiently adjust the temperature of a specific zone in a vehicle and perform cooling and heating only the specific zone by using a dual air conditioning apparatus. A vehicle air conditioning apparatus comprises a case(10) including an evaporator(30), a heater unit(40), a blower(20) and an outlet(80). A temperature adjustment damper(50) allows air introduced through the blower to flow toward the outlet via the evaporator. The temperature adjustment damper allows the air to flow toward the outlet via the evaporator and the heater unit, or allows the air to flow from the evaporator to the outlet in addition to the heater unit so that cool air is mixed with warm air. The case is formed with a guide hole(91) having outlets(92,93) for rear seats of a vehicle between the heater unit and the lower portion of the case adjacent to the heater unit.
