A method of obtaining an extract of Korean mistletoe(Viscum album coloratum) is provided to obtain Korean mistletoe extract which keeps the flavor of Korean mistletoe emitted during heating as it was and contains active ingredients as it were. Korean mistletoe extract is obtained by the steps of: mixing Korean mistletoe and water in a volume ratio of 1:1, putting into a cooker(40) of 90deg.C and heating 10hr after fire extinguishing in a first step; heating at 100deg.C for 1hr 20min in a cooker with an internal barrel(41) pressure of 2kg/cm^2 in a second step; raising the temperature to 110deg.C and heating for 1hr in a state in which the pressure is maintained at 2.7kg/cm^2 in a third step; raising the temperature to 120deg.C and heating for 40min in a state in which the pressure is maintained at 3.4kg/cm^2 in a fourth step; raising the temperature to 125deg.C in a state in which a valve is opened and heating for 1hr in a state in which the pressure is maintained at 1.8kg/cm^2 in a fifth step; changing distilled water to liquid and collecting to a water collecting container; heating the cooker for 1hr to discharge distilled water; and mixing concentrates and distilled water in the water collecting container. |
