PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain structure of a veranda in which a drain passage is reasonably stored when a living room on the lower story is present just below the veranda. SOLUTION: In this drain structure of a veranda, the side part of the veranda 1 opened to the outside of a building is supported by an outer peripheral beam 6 at the same level as the floor beam 5 of a building body portion. A drain floor 11 is installed in the area surrounded by the floor beam 5 and the outer peripheral beam 6. A drain groove 19 is formed in the drain floor 11 along the side edge part. A drain pit 20 is formed in a part of the drain groove 19. A drain pipe 21 connected to the drain pit 20 extends to the outside of the building through near the middle part of the outer peripheral beam 6 in the height direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
