<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of receiving a mammography, a decision of a needle position, and a core biopsy while a patient lies down. <P>SOLUTION: A combination is composed with a patient support apparatus which includes a mammography having the first film cassette and the second camera and a deck with the size capable of supporting a recumbent adult patient thereon, where the deck has first and second ends apart lengthwise and first and second sides apart transversely, and the above first side has at least one concave site inside, and the concave site provides a first opening decided the size supplementary to receive the first part of the mammography at the center of the first side, and when a person lies down supported to the deck, the chest part of the person is situated next to the opening and can be located in the first part of the mammography. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
