CONSERVING POWER USING MINIATURE APPLICATIONS

Power may be conserved in a computing system by using miniature applications. In one example a process may be performed such as recording a first one of a plurality of power-state transition events, executing a first set of code in response to the recordation and executing a second set of code only associated with the first one of the plurality of power-state transition events. The two sets of codes may be two different miniature applications.
