PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sensor and an inclination angle sensor using it which is hardly affected by the magnitude of external magnetism and capable of improving the detection precision by making it possible to detect the objective matter moving in the magnetic sensor. SOLUTION: The magnetic sensor is provided with: a moveable magnetic ball 26 which changes magnetism in the circumferential space; a first magnetic resistance part 6 and a second magnetic resistance part 7 provided with a first detection region 8 to an eighth detection region 15, in which the magnetic resistances are serially connected electrically and which detects the position of the magnetic ball 26; and an output electrode 4 for outputting corresponding to the first magnetic resistance part 6 and the second magnetic resistance part 7; wherein, the resistance values between the first detection region 8 to a fourth detection region 11, and a fifth detection region 12 to the eighth detection region 15 are made different values respectively.
