PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wheel motor capable of reducing deformation of a motor housing due to input from a suspension device and of preventing motor failure and noise generation. SOLUTION: This in-wheel motor 100 has a motor 5, the approximately cylindrical motor housing 10 for storing the motor 5 and mounting parts 21, 22 positioned in the vertical direction of the motor housing 10 and connected to the suspension device. The motor housing 10 has reinforcement structures 11, 13, 14, 15 with respect to vertical force to reduce the deformation of the motor housing 10 caused by input from the suspension device to the mounting parts 21, 22.
