POROUS MEMBRANE HAVING HIGH THERMAL RESISTANCE AND HIGH PERMEABILITY, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer porous membrane having a high safety and practicality, especially as a separator for a non-aqueous electrolyte battery since it has thermal resistance and high permeability at the same time. SOLUTION: This is a multi-layer porous membrane having a porous layer consisting of an inorganic filler and polyvinyl alcohol with saponification degree of 85% or more at least on one face of a polyolefin resin porous membrane and its manufacturing method.
