PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding device of a body to be held having a simple mechanism and strongly holding the body to be held having an inside screw part in a short period of time and a carrier device having it. SOLUTION: A projected part 111 of a cylindrical body 11 has an outside screw region 111a at least on one part of an outer peripheral part of which an outside screw is formed, and the projected part 111 can be elastically deformed in a convergent state and in a divergent state. The projected part 111 in the convergent state is shaped to be convergent toward one side Z1 in the sliding direction, and the projected part 111 is shaped to be separated more from a sliding axis in the divergent state than in the convergent state.
