PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing device which easily sets an access right even to a newly generated folder. SOLUTION: The data processing device is provided with; a communication means which transmits and receives electronic mails; a storage means which stores information relating to the electronic mails received by the communication means; and a control means which automatically generates a folder for storing information on the received electronic mails in the storage means.
