<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device efficiently radiating heat generated by a laser element to a base when the element is driven. <P>SOLUTION: The laser device 30 comprises the base 1, two semiconductor laser elements 10 and 20 fixed onto the base while having a predetermined gap D1, and a heat conduction portion 2 which is made of an insulating material having larger heat conductivity than air and connects the two semiconductor laser elements to each other.
