PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body support tool which can substantially reduce the burden on the body (especially lower back, shoulders, and arms) of a person sitting and working on various things at a table. SOLUTION: This body support tool comprises a base 2 fixed to a table top 1, a body support 3 for supporting the chest or abdomen, or both, and right and left elbow supports 4 for supporting elbows or forearms which are disposed on both external sides of the body support 3 and mounted on auxiliary supports 24.
