A spraying type cosmetic composition is provided to cover skin imperfection such as freckles, tattoos, spots, scars and post-operative wounds and make-up easily without rubbing on the skin, thereby minimizing irritation on skin and maximizing advantage of the make-up. A spraying type water-proof foundation composition comprises 0.1-40 wt.% of cyclomethicone, 0.1-20 wt.% of titanium oxide, 0.1-20 wt.% of propylene glycol, 0.1-20 wt.% of PEG-10 dimethicone, 0.1-20 wt.% of dimethicone polymer, 0.1-20 wt.% of glycerin, 0.1-20 wt.% of betaine, 0.1-20 wt.% of arbutin, 0.1-20 wt.% of zinc oxide, 0.1-20 wt.% of vinyl dimethicone/methicone silsesquioxane crosspolymer, 0.1-10 wt.% of butyleneglycol cocoate, 0.1-10 wt.% of quaternium-18 bentonite, 0.1-10 wt.% of magnesium sulfate, 0.1-10 wt.% of stearic acid, 0.1-10 wt.% of tocopherol derivative, 0.1-10 wt.% of retinyl palmitate, 0.1-10 wt.% of ubiquinone, 0.1-10 wt.% of panthenol, 0.1-10 wt.% of a rice extract, 0.1-10 wt.% of an extract of Glycyrrhiza uralensis, 0.1-10 wt.% of human oligopeptide, 0.1-10 wt.% of an aloe extract, 0.1-10 wt.% of an extract of chamomile, and 0.1-10 wt.% of iron oxide.
