<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore the original data from divided data without managing the data storage location and the like together. <P>SOLUTION: At a terminal, the data are divided by a predetermined method to create the divided data. Divided elements including the divided data are created for each of the divided data and stored in a storage center.
